Cases Where a Refund May Be Provided
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
1. Issue Caused by the University
If a student has fulfilled all required procedures and the issue or failure occurs due to an error or fault on the part of the university, the student may be eligible for a refund.
2. Requested Subject or Faculty Is Unavailable
If a student specifically requests a particular subject, but:
- The subject is not included in the available subject list.
- The selected college/university does not offer the requested subject.
- The requested subject does not have an available faculty member/teacher.
The student may be eligible for a refund.
3. Submission of Irrelevant or Incorrect Documents
If a student submits documents that are irrelevant to the admission requirements and, as a result, the admission process cannot be completed, a refund may be considered in accordance with our refund process.
Cases Where No Refund Will Be Provided
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
1. Student Chooses Not to Continue After Admission
Once a student's admission has been completed, if the student subsequently decides not to continue with the course, program, or institution for personal reasons, the fees paid will not be refundable.
2. Student Does Not Appear for the Examination
If a student does not appear for a scheduled examination and is subsequently not promoted or does not receive the expected academic outcome, this will not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Enrollment Number Has Been Generated
Once the student's enrollment number has been generated, the admission process is considered to have progressed to an advanced stage. Therefore, any subsequent request for cancellation or refund will not be accepted.
